The location is great, just on the other side of the wall from the bars and a few steps away from restaurants. However, it's still peaceful in the rooms. The double rooms are good, and the beds are bigger than usual. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the bathroom is decent. They provide a separate pool for guests, and it felt really private.

The kitchen could be updated, so guests could cook without trying to squeeze in when staff isn't using it.

I stayed at Tropical for 4 nights during my vacation in Bali. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool area is well-maintained and offers plenty of seating options. The hostel itself is clean and cozy, with comfy beds and en-suite bathrooms in each dorm. The showers have excellent water pressure and hot water. The owner adds a personal touch to the experience, making it extra special. They even let guests connect to the speakers and play their own music. Laundry service is cheap and leaves clothes smelling amazing. A must-stay in Canggu!
